Designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1987, the Acropolis is a greatly important symbol of Greek history, 
architecture and spirit and visiting it should have a prime spot on your travel bucket list.

13. Chichén Itzá, Mexico

Chichén Itzá is one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. Sounds like something that deserves a place on your

그러나 Chichen Itza는 정확히 무엇입니까? 멕시코 유카탄 주에 위치한 콜럼버스 이전의 마야 문명의 가장 큰 신호적 도시입니다.
But what exactly is Chichen Itza? Well only the biggest archaeological city of the pre-Columbian Mayan civilisation, 
located in the Yucatán State, Mexico.

 

거대한 피라미드인 엘 카스티요(El Castillo)는 고대 도시의 중심입니다. 둘 다 1988년 유네스코 세계문화유산으로 지정되었습니다.
Its huge pyramid, El Castillo, is the centre of the ancient city. Both were designated as UNESCO World Heritage Sites in 1988.

물론, 모두가 그것에 대해 열광합니다… 하지만 그거 알아요? 믿을 수 없기 때문입니다. 마추픽추는 페루 쿠스코 지방의 해발 2500m 산 정상에 

성스러운 계곡 바로 위에 있는 옛 잉카의 도시입니다

Sure, everybody raves about it… but you know what? That’s because it is incredible. Machu Picchu is the old Inca City, 
located on top of a 2500m mountain in the Cusco region of Peru, just above the Sacred Valley.

수세기 동안 서구 세계에서 잊혀졌던 이곳은 대담한 탐험가 하이럼 빙엄에 의해 재발견되었습니다.

Forgotten by the Western world for centuries, it was rediscovered by intrepid explorer Hiram Bingham.

 

Machu Picchu는 세계의 새로운 7대 불가사의 중 하나로 선정되었으며 유네스코 세계 문화 유산입니다(물론).
Machu Picchu was crowned as one of the New Seven Wonders of the World and, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site (of course).

15. Pyramids of Giza, Egypt

Who hasn’t dreamt of jetting off to see the mysterious Pyramids of Giza?

 

기자의 피라미드는 이집트 카이로 외곽에 있습니다. 이 단지에는 3개의 피라미드, 대스핑크스 조각상 및
여러 묘지가 있습니다.
The Pyramids of Giza are located on the outskirts of Cairo Egypt. The complex contains 3 pyramids, a Great Sphinx Sculpture and 
several cemeteries.

1979년 유네스코 세계문화유산으로 지정된 이집트의 세계적으로 유명한 피라미드는 파라오와 그들의 여왕을 위해 만들어 졌습니다.

Designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1979, Egypt’s world-famous pyramids were built as a tomb for the pharaohs and 
their queens.

이제 그들은 세계에서 가장 잘 알려진(그리고 사진에 찍힌) 구조물 중 하나입니다. 나는 최근에 그 나라를 방문한 후 그들에게 완전히 빠졌습니다.

Now they’re one of the most recognisable (and photographed) structures in the world –  I fell head over heels for them after a 
recent visit to the country.
